The conference will be held under the auspices of the Institute of Advanced Studies in Mathematics at the Technion and the International Linear Algebra Society. This is the 9th conference organized by ILAS since 1989. It is also the 12th conference in a sequence of matrix theory meetings organized by the Technion since 1984.
